SNP Budget is one of Chaos and Incompetence

It’s my job as Shadow Cabinet Secretary for Finance to hold the Deputy First Minister, Shona Robison, to account.

After I asked straightforward questions about their budget, she couldn’t answer any of them:

·        No answer on college funding.

·        No answer on its own budgeting errors.

·        No answer on why it failed to provide key documents to independent forecasters.
